Warranty & Service

We offer 7 days (from receipt of order) return policy. No returns will be accepted without a return (RA) number.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as received.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned items.

All pre-owned items have been tested by us and are confirmed to be in sound working condition - unless otherwise specified.

Please request clarification before ordering any items if you have any concerns.

Please contact us for any new items purchased which may need service. We will then issue a service identification number. Please do not ship items without obtaining this number. 

We will handle all communication and documentation with the distributor or manufacturer.

Please note, with all claims we will need a copy of your original sales receipt, or the order number.
